About the role#
The myWorkday team is looking for a year-round intern to provide analysis and technical support to our users. You will focus on testing design, system configuration assistance, and weekly audit tasks. This is a paid, full-time position during the summer (40 hours per week) that transitions to part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) during the academic year.
What you'll do#
- Plan, design, and execute system testing for modifications and enhancements.
- Run and validate test cases based on user requests and system requirements.
- Resolve and document system defects.
- Monitor and triage incident lists and support inboxes.
- Create status reports on current work efforts.
- Prepare documentation for help tools and Quick Cards.
- Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Assist managers and employees with system questions and walk-through fixes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Prior Workday experience is helpful but not required.
