Accounting Co-Op Spring 2027

About the role#

The Accounting Co-Op is a full-time, rotational program designed to provide students with experience across multiple financial departments. Over the course of the semester, you will gain exposure to up to five areas, including Corporate Accounting, Investment Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury Operations, and Internal Audit. This role is based in our Cincinnati headquarters.

What you'll do#

• Prepare schedules for monthly consolidated financial statements and monthly tax provisions.
• Record investment income and carrying values into subsidiary general ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of SEC forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 13-F, including supporting documentation.
• Support bank account reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and supplier invoice reviews.
• Perform internal audits to review the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
• Book general ledger entries and assist with the distribution of monthly earnings packages.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Ability to work full-time in an on-site capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail when preparing financial reports and audit workpapers.
