    About the role#

    As a Valuation & Modeling Intern, you will assist our teams in determining the value of businesses, assets, and financial instruments. You will work with a range of clients, from start-ups to multi-national corporations, across various industries. This role provides exposure to engagements that help clients evaluate transactions, refine business models, and meet financial reporting requirements.

    What you'll do#

    • Gain an understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.
    • Work on a variety of client engagements that vary by size, region, and industry.
    • Learn new skills, technologies, and methodologies.
    • Obtain professional development, continuing education, and focused training.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
    • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • High aptitude to work with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    • Location: Houston, Texas.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
    • Status: Full-time and paid internship.
