About the role#
As a Technology Transformation Intern, you will join an engagement team to provide advisory and implementation services. You will work alongside senior executives and peers to address business needs and help clients achieve their vision. This internship offers the chance to build new skills, participate in office community activities, and establish professional relationships within the firm.
What you'll do#
- Perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs.
- Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize output.
- Examine client capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.
- Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
- Contribute to client deliverables and stay current on technology trends.
- Participate in team-building, networking, and professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a complex team environment and travel to client sites as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
