About the role#
JLL is hiring an intern for our Valuation and Advisory Services platform for the summer of 2027. This is a paid, on-site position based in Overland Park, Kansas. You will work 40 hours per week supporting our team of appraisers as they provide valuation advice and risk analysis for commercial real estate projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform database research and analysis to support team professionals.
- Conduct telephone interviews with appraisal experts in the commercial real estate market.
- Assist with on-site property inspections and client meetings.
- Handle data entry and general clerical support tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a local four-year university.
- A major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
- Strong academic performance (please include your overall GPA on your resume).
- A genuine interest in a career within commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.

- This position is located on-site in Overland Park, KS.
