About the role#
The Site Finance & Admin Intern supports jobsite operations by helping the Office Manager with daily financial and administrative tasks. You will help keep site operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and handling financial paperwork. This position is fully on-site and based in a jobsite trailer.
What you'll do#
- Process and track vendor invoices while ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve basic inquiries.
- Assist with check requests and expense reports.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and financial documentation.
- Maintain vendor account information and ensure records align with company policies.
- Help with document organization, filing, and record retention.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program studying Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in a jobsite environment.
