About the role#
NVR, Inc. is hiring a Mortgage Finance Summer Intern for our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in the mortgage process while working with teams that support our homebuilding operations.
What you'll do#
- Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify prospective home buyers and negotiate financing options.
- Guide customers through the process from their initial application to the settlement date.
- Process and obtain mortgage approvals and conduct mortgage closings.
- Spend time with sales and production teams to learn about homebuilding management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with a preference for students in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- A current driver’s license.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as we do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Drug testing and a credit check are required for this position.
