About the role#
As a Workforce Transformation Intern, you will work with our advisory teams to help clients improve their finance and operations functions. You will focus on business process analysis, identifying transformation opportunities, and designing sustainable models that streamline operations. This role involves working on projects that look beyond basic control points to achieve meaningful business process optimization.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations and processes to identify transformation opportunities.
- Support project teams in helping clients reach their long-term business goals.
- Analyze client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with day-to-day project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address client needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
- Experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform quantitative analysis.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Compensation: $40 per hour.
