About the role#
As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will contribute to business process analysis and help clients improve their finance and operations functions. You will work with project teams to design models that streamline operations and meet business requirements. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes to achieve meaningful transformation.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations to identify transformation opportunities.
- Support project teams in helping clients reach their long-term business goals.
- Analyze client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with day-to-day project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address client questions and needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Basic understanding of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Benchmarking.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
