About the role#
Allied Solutions LLC is hiring a Financial Planning & Acquisitions Intern to work with our finance team in Carmel, Indiana. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date. You will gain exposure to corporate development, financial planning, and strategic analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support monthly financial performance reviews through variance analysis and forecasting.
- Help build the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle.
- Assist with financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, and valuation for potential transactions.
- Run financial models and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with the FP&A team to improve reporting processes and financial insights.
- Work on ad hoc projects for finance and business leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A degree path in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
