About the role#
The Graham Partners Private Equity Fast Track Internship is a two-year paid program for students in the Class of 2029. You will participate during the summers after your sophomore and junior years. This program provides training and work experience in the private equity industry. You will be paired with a mentor who provides one-on-one training in modeling, business analysis, and professional writing. Top performers may receive a full-time offer after graduation.
What you'll do#
You will gain exposure to a range of firm activities and work alongside senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, including C-level executives. Your responsibilities include:
- Build leveraged buyout models and perform financial planning and analysis.
- Assist with supply chain management, project management, and sales and marketing strategy.
- Support live deal experience.
- Complete the Training the Street financial modeling course and a financial accounting course.
- Present an Investment Theme Project and analyze case studies.
- Participate in one-on-one networking with senior investment professionals.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional academic credentials with a minimum 3.7 GPA.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and interact with senior investment professionals.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.
