About the role#
Graham Partners is hiring rising Seniors for the 2027 Summer Analyst program on the Investor Relations and Capital Formation team. This 10-week internship provides training in private equity fundraising and investor relations. You will work with a mentor on LP communications, fund performance analysis, and professional writing. The program includes formal training such as the Training the Street financial modeling course, a financial accounting course, and a series of sessions with firm leadership and portfolio company executives. You will also complete an investment theme project and case studies.
What you'll do#
- Support active fundraises.
- Create materials for limited partners.
- Assist with performance reporting.
- Work with senior professionals on investor relationship management.
- Interact with institutional limited partners, placement agents, and consultants.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating in 2028.
- Exceptional academic credentials with a minimum 3.6 GPA.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- An eagerness to learn and work within a team.
- Background in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is helpful but not required.

- The role is on-site and full-time for Summer 2027.
