About the role#
Graham Partners is hiring rising Seniors (class of 2028) for a 10-week Summer Analyst internship within the Business Development team. This program focuses on developing skills in private equity business development rather than investment analysis. You will work alongside a full-time team member who provides one-on-one training in CRM management, target research, and professional communication. The program includes formal training sessions such as financial modeling, accounting courses, and a learning series with senior leadership and industry experts.
What you'll do#
- Gain direct experience in private equity business development and deal origination.
- Manage CRM data and pipeline activities.
- Conduct market research to support sourcing efforts.
- Complete an investment theme project where you identify and present a potential new area of investment.
- Analyze key investment highlights and diligence areas through case studies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Senior (class of 2028) majoring in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A GPA of 3.6 or higher.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn and interact with senior investment professionals.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
