About the role#
As a marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting high-profile initiatives that enhance customer experiences and align with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute B2C and B2B strategies, manage stakeholder communications, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. This role also involves contributing to the future direction of marketing channels, products, and customer touchpoints.
What you'll do#
- Execute marketing initiatives that align with business needs and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
- Partner with product managers and marketing teams to plan and implement strategies for products and consumer touchpoints.
- Build and manage communications with key stakeholders and influencers to support B2C and B2B strategies.
- Influence the prioritization of marketing initiatives to drive business results.
- Participate in planning the future direction of B2C and B2B channels and features.
- Measure, assess, and report on campaign effectiveness and supporting assets.
- Translate organizational goals into a roadmap of marketing features and enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- At least one semester remaining upon the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Junior or Senior classification is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to support daily work, including evaluating outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, content generation, and integrating AI into workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Irving, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26 to August 6, 2027).
- Commitment: 40 hours per week for 11 consecutive weeks.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
