About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement. You will work with stakeholders across product lines and communications to support marketing campaigns and strategic programs. This role is based in Austin, Texas, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns by creating, updating, and organizing assets.
- Coordinate content reviews and track project progress.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to analyze website performance metrics and user engagement trends.
- Summarize data findings and recommend improvements to digital marketing performance and customer experience.
- Assist with sponsor-related needs for the GlobalFoundries Technology Summit 2027, including communications and event coordination.
- Use SEO analysis to identify opportunities for improving website content and search performance.
- Test AI initiatives and potential marketing use cases, documenting findings to improve workflows.
- Perform all activities in a safe manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- You are at least a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- You maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and are in good academic standing.
- You are fluent in written and verbal English.
- You can work 40 hours per week.
- You have strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- You possess an analytical mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You have a strong interest in AI tools, digital technologies, and web analytics.
- Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership experience are preferred.
