About the role#
The Marketing Analytics team at Qorvo provides business leaders with the data, tools, and insights required to make informed decisions. This role involves blending analytics with storytelling to help marketers and executives understand performance and determine next steps.
What you'll do#
- Use data to shape and refine sales and marketing strategies that influence business outcomes.
- Improve how Qorvo gathers, integrates, and analyzes information across digital touchpoints like web analytics and marketing campaigns.
- Build dashboards in Power BI that transform raw data into insights for various stakeholders.
- Explore modern data platforms such as Databricks to prepare, clean, and organize data.
- Deliver reporting that helps teams move with confidence and teach others to use dashboards effectively.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to provide recommendations for campaign and program improvement.
- Approach problems with curiosity by testing, iterating, and proposing solutions to improve results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master’s in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like GA4, BI tools like Power BI, or SQL and database concepts.
- Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for querying and preparing data.
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
- Exposure to MarTech or CRM systems like Marketo or Salesforce.
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data science.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive to solve ambiguous problems.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
