About the role#
The Finance & Operations Analyst Intern will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis. This project-based role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, track performance, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions. You will work on assignments designed to build your skills in the semiconductor industry.
What you'll do#
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational data, key performance indicators, trends, and variances.
- Summarize findings to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to support business processes, project execution, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, models, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Complete a final project summary.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner while following Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- English fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Preferred skills include prior internship experience, leadership experience, project management skills, and strong planning or organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred, as is exposure to financial systems, ERP platforms, or data visualization tools.
