    About the role#

    The Finance & Operations Analyst Intern will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis. This project-based role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve processes, track performance, and provide insights that support business decisions. You will work on various teams and projects throughout the internship.

    What you'll do#

    • Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis activities.
    • Analyze financial and operational data, key performance indicators, trends, and variances.
    • Summarize findings and provide clear, actionable insights.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business processes, project execution, resource planning, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, models, reconciliations, and documentation.
    • Complete a final project summary.
    • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • At least a sophomore status at the time of application.
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3.0 overall GPA and good academic standing.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
    • Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
    • Project management skills are preferred.
    • Strong communication, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
    • Exposure to financial systems, ERP platforms, data visualization tools, or financial modeling is preferred.
