About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to support the Medical Excellence Learning & Development team. You will contribute to projects that advance our mission while gaining experience in a research environment. The role is full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the preparation and organization of materials for scientific, skills, and technology training.
- Review training content to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Test and check training programs within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate logistics for both online and in-person training sessions.
- Draft and edit communications for training participants.
- Track progress and maintain records for ongoing projects.
- Collect and organize feedback from training participants.
- Create and share surveys or quizzes to measure training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members and outside partners.
- Present your work in a final PowerPoint presentation at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Public Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Graduate, PhD, or PharmD candidates are preferred.
