About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within our Governance, Risk, and Analysis team. You will gain real-world experience at a major biotechnology research organization. The program includes professional development, leadership presentations, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation and execution of mechanisms to measure and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) performance.
- Contribute to the design of data science workflows, incorporating statistical analysis, automation, and visualization.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions to analyze complex data and drive process improvements.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to detect signals, trends, and risks.
- Develop tools and libraries to streamline data analytics automation.
- Present your work at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with continued enrollment in the following Fall semester.
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-12 week internship between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong knowledge of modern machine learning architectures, data science best practices, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Preferred: Graduate or PhD degree level.
