About the role#
We are hiring Civil Engineering Interns for our Water team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside project engineers and managers to assist with the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct field investigations and construction inspections.
- Perform engineering studies and comparative economic and engineering evaluations.
- Collect and compile project data.
- Assist with CADD drawings and the development of facility layouts.
- Conduct design calculations and cost estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Status: Full-time and paid position.
