About the role#
Geotab is looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations team. This is a 12-month, full-time internship beginning in May 2027. You will support our recruitment efforts, manage candidate pipelines, and help represent our brand on university campuses.
What you'll do#
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Use our ATS, Greenhouse, to review resumes and assess candidate fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate interest, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- Advise hiring managers on program policies, procedures, and specific hiring requirements.
- Support team initiatives and attend campus events to promote the company.
- Assist with various People Operations projects and tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program focused on Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A strong interest in AI and automation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is an asset.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, is an asset.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.
- The internship is a full-time, paid position with a 37.5-hour work week.
- All offers are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the successful completion of a background check.
