About the role#
Geotab is seeking a Total Rewards Intern for a full-time, 8-month work term starting in January 2027. This role supports the benefits, wellness, and compensation teams with administrative tasks and internal inquiries. You will work in a hybrid capacity based out of our Oakville office.
What you'll do#
- Manage benefit and retirement portals and respond to related employee inquiries.
- Distribute compensation letters and provide administrative support for total reward programs.
- Run new hire and termination reports.
- Perform audits of employee information within the HR information system.
- Prepare Wellness Wednesday posts and update the mental health and wellness site.
- Coordinate ad hoc payments with payroll and support onsite benefits and wellness events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- Prior administrative experience, ideally within an HR setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
