About the role#
CareScout is seeking an Operations Administrative Intern to support the Field Team Network. This role offers the opportunity to gain professional experience by assisting with daily operations, process analysis, and quality assurance initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Manage administrative tasks including email communications and organizing document storage.
- Contact Field Team Partners to secure necessary information and documentation.
- Review current operational processes and update relevant documentation to improve efficiency.
- Shadow team members to participate in time studies and document workflow tasks.
- Perform quality reviews of calls and transactions to support service standards.
- Assist with various projects aligned with business needs and professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, including experience working with multiple monitors.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Remote. Eligible applicants must reside in states within the Eastern or Central Standard Time zones.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
