About the role#
This co-op position places you within the Body Controls Calibration and System Testing team. You will support the development of software-defined vehicle architectures. The role focuses on body electronics and mechatronics, offering exposure to the systems that control how a vehicle functions.
What you'll do#
- Calibrate and validate features including exterior and interior lighting, vehicle access, cabin comfort, and occupant protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical anomalies to improve system performance.
- Work alongside teams with expertise in embedded development.
- Gain hands-on experience with automotive technologies currently in development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a co-op program pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12 to 16 month term starting in January 2027.
- A valid Ontario G Driver License.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada without sponsorship.

- Locations: Markham and Oshawa, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires reporting to the Markham or Oshawa offices at least three times per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
