About the role#
As an Environmental Engineering intern, you will work with the Environmental Operations Team to support compliance and sustainability across our manufacturing and non-manufacturing facilities. You will gain experience in environmental regulations and help implement programs related to water, waste, and air quality. This position is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support and implement Zero Waste projects.
- Assist with compliance reporting for air, water, and waste programs.
- Conduct environmental compliance inspections at facilities.
- Identify and support process improvements to reduce environmental impacts of operations.
- Coordinate and assist with wildlife habitat and community outreach projects.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health or Science, Chemical Engineering, or Sustainability.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
