About the role#
As a Global Workplace Safety intern, you will contribute to the safety standards within our manufacturing plants. This position involves working on global projects with a hands-on approach to improve ergonomics processes. You will collaborate with technical specialists to support risk analysis and innovation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical ergonomics support to the Global Workplace Safety organization.
- Assist with strategic projects to improve ergonomics processes and technical knowledge.
- Use digital human modeling tools like Process Simulate Human and Virtual Reality to complete math-based ergonomic analyses.
- Support the development and deployment of ergonomic initiatives and communication packages.
- Help technical specialists complete proof of concept projects on new technology and risk analysis tools.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or master's degree in human kinetics, Kinesiology, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Course work in ergonomics or a related degree.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2030.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Ability to travel as required.

- The role is strictly on-site, requiring full-time attendance at the assigned location.
