About the role#
GE Vernova is hiring for a Gas Power Engineering Intern to work on projects that improve engineering processes and solve technical challenges. You will work on-site and contribute to real-world engineering operations. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Integrate AI and agentic AI frameworks into projects to improve efficiency and technical output.
- Perform testing of Aeroderivative engines.
- Execute project proposals and process improvement tasks.
- Design components and systems while developing analysis tools.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time, nationally accredited baccalaureate program in Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- A minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with data analysis.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
