About the role#
As an Instructional Design Intern for the Contrast Media Business, you will support the commercial team, including sales representatives and managers. You will design and develop interactive multimedia and online training materials to improve learning and performance. This is a part-time role with an expected commitment of at least 16 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Apply the ADDIE process and adult learning best practices to instructional design projects.
- Create and develop eLearning content using Articulate 360, Vyond, and the Adobe suite.
- Manage programs and develop curricula.
- Evaluate current and future learning materials.
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) operations and tasks.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent certification in Instructional Design, either completed or in progress.
- A portfolio showcasing work created in tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, or Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.

- This role is fully remote.
