About the role#
The Healthcare Leadership Fellowship is a 12-month, full-time, paid program designed for recent graduates. You will gain broad organizational exposure through a series of structured rotations, leadership development workshops, and executive mentorship. This program aims to prepare you for future leadership roles within our organization.
What you'll do#
- Complete 3 to 4 rotations across key business areas, including outpatient clinic operations, market development, clinical services, human resources, and finance.
- Lead and support enterprise initiatives focused on patient care delivery, operational excellence, workforce strategy, and financial performance.
- Engage with senior leadership through formal presentations, roundtables, and executive mentorship.
- Participate in project management training and receive ongoing performance coaching.
What you'll need#
- A Master’s degree (MHA, MBA with a healthcare focus, MPH, or related field) completed within the past 6 months or by the program start date.
- A strong academic background and demonstrated leadership potential.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.
- A willingness to travel or relocate as needed for rotational assignments.
- Previous internship, capstone, or work experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
