About the role#
This is a temporary full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in our global supply chain operations. The role is remote, with the potential for in-person collaboration at our Phoenix headquarters or other site locations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in system implementation and business process projects.
- Contribute to reporting, data enrichment, and analytical tasks.
- Review inventory data within our planning system.
- Analyze market trends and support bid activities.
- Prepare training documentation for systems and business processes.
- Assist with training execution and rollout activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor degree program or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates who earned their degree within 12 months of the internship start date are also eligible.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of purchasing regulations, inventory control systems, and accounts payable processes.
- Ability to research vendors, contracts, and equipment using computer databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of occupational hazards and a commitment to following safety practices.
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written safety instructions.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, but supports remote work from most U.S. states.
- Remote work is not available in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, or South Carolina.
- This position does not offer immigration work visa sponsorship.
