About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in newsgathering, television production, and digital content creation at TMZ. Interns work directly with the assignment desk staff and contribute to the production process while learning from senior staff members. The program includes participation in informative speaker sessions designed for interns.
What you'll do#
- Assist with various organizational projects.
- Conduct research to support news desk operations.
- Call sources for information (with prior approval).
- Contribute to the daily production process at TMZ.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in college.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge in your field of interest through coursework or previous experience.
- Availability for the entire Fall 2026 session from October to December.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, consisting of at least two 10-hour shifts.
- Comfort with a work shift that begins at 6:00AM.
