About the role#
TMZ is seeking motivated students for the Fall 2026 internship program. This role provides exposure to newsgathering, television production, and digital content creation. Interns work directly with the assignment desk staff and contribute to the production process.
What you'll do#
- Assist with organizational projects.
- Conduct research for news stories.
- Call sources with prior approval.
- Participate in informative speaker sessions.
- Contribute to the daily production process.
What you'll need#
- Must be a junior or senior in college.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the entertainment news industry through coursework or experience.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, consisting of at least two 10-hour days.
- Availability for the full session from October 2026 through December 2026.
- Comfort with a work shift that begins at 6:00AM.
