About the role#
The Residences Intern joins the Private Residences team at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis for the Summer 2027 season. This full-time, on-site internship runs from May 2027 through August 2027. You will work 40 hours per week, with shifts varying between eight and ten hours. Open availability from Monday through Sunday is required.
What you'll do#
Operating from the Residential Lobby, you will serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners. Your responsibilities include:
- Assessing resident needs and offering personalized recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling resident inquiries regarding hotel services, events, and local directions with professional hospitality.
- Resolving resident complaints and accommodating special requests.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and messages.
- Storing and retrieving items including groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers.
- Coordinating with Valet staff for vehicle retrieval.
- Controlling access to the building and elevators, and managing entry for authorized vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Maintaining updated information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Building relationships with local vendors to assist residents with transportation, ticketing, and reservations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and technology.
- A genuine interest in hospitality.
- Preferred: At least three months of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Preferred: Studies toward a degree in Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Compensation: $23.07 per hour.
