About the role#
The Guest Experience Intern joins the Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis for the Summer 2027 season. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 40 hours per week. You will work eight-to-ten hour shifts, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
What you'll do#
- Respond to guest requests by assessing needs and providing personal recommendations.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, events, directions, and off-site arrangements.
- Manage the set-up, execution, and take down of Kids For All Seasons activations, including monitoring supplies.
- Use software to input special arrangements, generate itineraries, and ensure accurate billing.
- Organize and deliver special amenities and set up in-room surprise elements.
- Comply with all company conduct standards and work rules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to operate computer systems and technology.
- A genuine interest in hospitality.
- Preference for candidates with at least three months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Preference for studies in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: May 2027 to August 2027.
- Compensation: $22.22 per hour.
