About the role#
The Guest Services Intern role at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis provides hands-on experience in luxury hospitality. This full-time internship runs from May 2027 through August 2027. You will work 40 hours per week, with shifts ranging from eight to ten hours. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
What you'll do#
- Welcome guests and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a strong sense of arrival.
- Manage guest luggage during arrival and departure, including transport to and from storage or the front drive.
- Facilitate deliveries to guest rooms and transport parcels.
- Coordinate with Valet Parkers for vehicle retrieval and arrange transportation for guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local directions, and events.
- Handle guest interactions and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain the lobby area by organizing seating, removing glassware, and alerting housekeeping to cleaning needs.
- Polish glassware for the front office and perform errands for guests or the hotel.
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries and pick-ups.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to operate computer systems and hotel technology.
- A genuine interest in hospitality.
- Preference is given to candidates with at least three months of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Preference is given to students pursuing degrees in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.

- This is a paid internship offering $17.48 per hour plus tips.
