About the role#
Fishbeck is hiring a Land Development Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside our Land Development team to support project research and design efforts. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Toledo, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Research development sites, zoning requirements, and environmental factors.
- Assist with feasibility studies and due diligence reports.
- Collaborate on site plans and design layouts.
- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft real project designs.
- Join site visits to see how designs come to life.
- Help maintain project documentation and reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or field experience is helpful but not required.
