About the role#
Fishbeck is hiring a Land Development Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time internship based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. You will work with our Land Development team to research sites, assist with feasibility studies, and contribute to site plans and design layouts.
What you'll do#
- Research development sites, zoning, and environmental factors.
- Assist with feasibility studies and due diligence reports.
- Collaborate on site plans and design layouts.
- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft real project designs.
- Join site visits to see how designs come to life.
- Help maintain project documentation and reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or field experience is helpful but not required.
