About the role#
The Product and Technology Intern will gain hands-on experience by working with various departments to solve real-world engineering problems. Interns are expected to take ownership of their work, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to the company mission of advancing sustainable energy. This role involves working alongside experienced professionals and participating in work-specific training.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of the business model and technology environment.
- Perform analytical project work and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Lead at least one engineering-based project, such as new product design, business case assessment, or power plant energy prediction analysis.
- Present accomplishments and a project summary to the leadership team at the end of the term.
- Participate in or lead meetings with staff and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Overall G.P.A. of 3.00 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and solve problems analytically.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Preference may be given to candidates available to fulfill multiple terms.

- Location: Perrysburg, Ohio.
- Term: August 31, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 12 hours, lift up to 58 pounds, and wear required personal protective equipment.
