About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and people analytics. You will support global HR projects, assist with diversity and inclusion efforts, and manage key administrative tasks. The role involves working closely with the Connector and Mentorship programs to track metrics and gather feedback. You will also participate in the annual Inclusion and Engagement survey process, where you will analyze data to help inform leadership decisions. At the end of your term, you will present your project summary and accomplishments to the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Support global HR projects and prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Proofread HR materials and act as a point of contact for project-related questions.
- Organize survey data, identify trends, and create Power BI reports.
- Assist with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
- Attend local university career fairs with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Track program progress, priorities, and deadlines.
- Gather and review feedback from mentors, mentees, and hiring managers.
What you'll need#
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Business Administration, Data Science, or Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Ability to work in Power BI.
- Experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a professional office setting and work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with MS Copilot is a plus.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Fall 2026 through December 2026.
- Modality: Full-time, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $19 to $21 per hour.
