About the role#
This internship focuses on modernizing digital asset management through AI integration. You will work on projects that improve how the company organizes, audits, and distributes its video and image libraries. The goal is to establish a sustainable, AI-enabled workflow that the team can continue to use after your internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Build an AI-assisted tagging and metadata system to automate captioning and categorization, making thousands of assets searchable.
- Conduct an AI-powered audit of existing collateral to identify outdated or off-brand materials.
- Use AI to generate and test variants for titles, descriptions, hooks, and thumbnails for the video library.
- Upload and manage content across platforms, including YouTube, while focusing on SEO and AEO optimization.
- Document and leave behind a repeatable, AI-enabled workflow for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in a program such as Graphic Design or Computer Science.
- Practical experience with the Adobe Suite.
- Comfort using AI tools for both creative and organizational tasks.
- Familiarity with Adobe Firefly and generative-fill is considered a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Fall 2026 semester.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of a shift, lift up to 37 pounds, and wear required personal protective equipment when necessary.
