About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 7, 2027, to May 17, 2027. You will join the team in Perrysburg, Ohio, to work on data integration and analytics projects. You will be expected to present your project summary and accomplishments to the leadership team at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of Python-based data integration and analytics solutions.
- Build dashboards and automate the verification of processing data.
- Work primarily within a Streamlit application.
- Design, develop, test, and document ETL pipelines.
- Retrieve information from SQL databases and SharePoint-based sources.
- Transform and validate data while applying relevant business logic checks.
- Gain exposure to REST API development, JMP statistical software scripting, and SharePoint data interactions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience building ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control, including repositories, branches, and pull requests.
- Ability to understand relational data structures and troubleshoot data-quality issues.
- Experience with Streamlit, REST APIs, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization applications.
- Experience with JMP or similar statistical analysis software.
- Familiarity with automating communication channels like email and Teams chats.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and internal data systems.
