About the role#
Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is a division of Fidelity that provides trade execution, clearing, custody, and back-office support to Canadian brokerage firms and portfolio managers. As a student in the Product Solutions and Marketing team, you will contribute to the growth of this division while gaining experience in the financial services industry. This is a full-time co-op position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and the current position of FCC.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting activities related to product adoption and key performance indicators.
- Draft internal and external communications regarding product enhancements.
- Assist teams with testing software functionality to support the delivery of product improvements.
- Manage client feedback by logging items from the product solutions mailbox and sending initial responses.
- Create content marketing and promotional materials to support FCC Sales teams.
- Share social media best practices and assist in writing social shares.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program with a concentration in business or marketing.
- Active enrollment in a registered co-op program.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
- Interest and knowledge regarding the financial industry and capital markets.
- Interest in digital and content marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Valid work authorization for Canada.
