About the role#
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is hiring an Instructional Design & Development Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This full-time, paid internship offers students the chance to gain professional experience while supporting projects within the Supervision, Credit & Learning division. You will work in a hybrid environment at our downtown St. Louis office.
What you'll do#
- Identify, design, develop, and implement learning solutions of varying complexity.
- Apply instructional design standards and best practices to your work.
- Perform user experience testing and quality assurance reviews.
- Manage process documentation, data collection, and data entry.
What you'll need#

- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Term: 9 weeks, from June 7th to August 6th, 2027.
