About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Real Estate Services Group (RESG). You will support a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals as they oversee planning, design, and construction for the Bank's facilities. The role offers exposure to digital modeling, 3D scanning, and project management from initial concepts to final delivery.
What you'll do#
- Support RESG design and facility management across multiple projects.
- Contribute to planning and documentation activities in alignment with Bank standards.
- Collect 3D point-cloud scan data using a handheld scanner, manage the hosting platform, and train users.
- Assist the construction management team during preconstruction, active construction, and project close-out.
- Maintain and update electronic files and documentation to ensure accurate space-related information.
- Perform additional duties to gain exposure to the full range of RESG project activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least one semester remaining in your degree program.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a group setting.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 to 12 weeks.
