About the role#
The Bwise Intern will join the BWise Team, which develops risk management solutions for the Federal Reserve System. This role supports the Governance, Risk and Compliance platform by engaging with customers, assisting with feature development, and evaluating business processes. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Cleveland, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Enhance the quality and compliance self-testing program.
- Develop and execute test scripts across the platform.
- Manage customer intake requests while adhering to service level agreements.
- Support customer onboarding, including product demonstrations and maintaining project artifacts.
- Monitor governance processes and follow-up on action items.
- Assist with information security documentation and testing.
- Create or update user guides for new functionality.
- Support customer engagement meetings by recording minutes and tracking follow-up items.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business or Information Technology.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access or similar data tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.
Location & details#
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 to 12 weeks).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20.50 to $26.00 per hour.
