About the role#
As a Student Loans Analyst, you will support documentation, workflow management, reporting, and operational activities. You will work alongside lending and underwriting teams to help maintain service levels and deliver customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with Loans Analysts, Senior Loans Analysts, and business partners within Commercial Agriculture Underwriting, Underwriting Business Financing, and Commercial Lending operations.
What you'll do#
- Support operational activities, including documentation preparation, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Help teams manage peak workload periods, seasonal volume increases, and account reviews.
- Support data gathering, reporting, and project activities.
- Assist with credit assessment and commercial lending transformation work.
- Organize information to support workflow management and help meet turnaround times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for agricultural economics, commerce, finance, agriculture, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in lending, underwriting, commercial financing, or customer service.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in both English and French is required.
- Experience with reporting, documentation, or workflow-related activities is an asset.
- An interest in agricultural lending and credit risk assessment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

- Locations: Quebec, QC; Moncton, NB; Kanata, ON.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
