About the role#
As a Student Loans Analyst, you will support documentation, workflow management, reporting, and various operational activities. You will work alongside lending and underwriting teams to help maintain service levels and deliver customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with Loans Analysts, Senior Loans Analysts, and business partners to support Commercial Agriculture Underwriting, Underwriting Business Financing, and Commercial Lending operations.
What you'll do#
- Support operational activities, including documentation preparation, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Help teams manage peak workload periods, seasonal volume increases, and account reviews.
- Support data gathering, reporting, and project activities.
- Assist with credit assessment and commercial lending transformation work.
- Organize information and support workflow management to contribute to service levels and turnaround times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for agricultural economics, commerce, finance, agriculture, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with reporting, documentation, or workflow-related activities.
- An interest in lending, underwriting, commercial financing, customer service, agricultural lending, and credit risk assessment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Locations: Guelph, Stratford, Clinton, Listowel, London, Woodstock, Kingston, and Chatham, Ontario.
- Compensation: $40,950 - $58,020.
