About the role#
This position offers a temporary role within our Montreal office, operating under a hybrid model. You will contribute to a personalized concierge service by managing client requests, coordinating bookings, and providing administrative support. Your work will directly impact the client experience through project involvement and service improvements.
What you'll do#
- Respond to internal client requests by conducting research and providing tailored recommendations.
- Search for products, services, and suppliers to meet specific needs.
- Coordinate hotel, restaurant, and activity reservations while managing logistics.
- Update databases and supplier directories to ensure information remains current.
- Support the organization of events and activities, including gift preparation and delivery coordination.
- Handle communication via email, phone, and internal platforms with a focus on professional, personalized service.
- Maintain inventory for corporate products and prepare internal communications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in Business Administration or Communications.
- Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong communication skills and a clear focus on client service.
- Ability to work with autonomy, manage priorities, and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude.
