About the role#
Fasken is looking for a student to join the Training and Development team for a four-month contract. You will help create training tools and experiences that support employee development. This role is based in our Montreal office and operates in a hybrid format.
What you'll do#
- Design visuals for training modules, including software-specific guides.
- Create graphic summaries and infographics.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of the SharePoint space for new employees.
- Format and standardize training documents.
- Help maintain training data, including records related to training requirements.
- Collaborate on skill development projects by designing pedagogical materials.
- Build and maintain a library of visual resources.
What you'll need#
- A completed college diploma (DEC) or current enrollment in a university program, specifically in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong autonomy, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
- Experience with design or video editing software is an asset.
