About the role#
FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Student Banking Ambassador to join the UCF Campus Branch team. This part-time internship provides experience in banking and sales while supporting students, faculty, and staff. You will work on-site for 20 hours per week through May 21, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Welcome students, parents, faculty, and staff during orientation events.
- Assist with opening new member accounts.
- Explain products and services to potential members.
- Learn teller responsibilities and daily duties.
- Provide account and service information.
- Help resolve basic account differences and refer concerns to management.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Standing as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Full availability throughout the spring semester.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- Comfort engaging with large groups.
- 1 to 2 years of retail or sales experience is preferred.

- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
